Whistleblowing

Elesta S.p.A supports and encourages, to safeguard the values of integrity and ethical behavior expressed in its own Code of Ethics, anyone who intends to report a potential misconduct or alleged violation of the principles expressed in the Code itself, in the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, in policies and procedures, and more generally any potential violation of laws or regulations.

The channels ensure the effectiveness of the reporting and respect for the confidentiality of the reporter also in accordance with the so-called privacy regulations.

Forms of retaliation, discrimination, or threats against reporting individuals are not allowed by Elesta S.p.A.

In order to encourage reporting, Elesta S.p.A. has decided to adopt various reporting channels, including a digital reporting system, which ensures high standards of security and protection, allowing violations to be reported simply and anonymously. The platform has been implemented not only to comply with national and European regulations, in particular Legislative Decree 10 March 2023, no. 24, implementing European Directive 2019/1937, but also to promote a corporate culture based on transparency and trust and to create a safe, fair, and open work environment, contributing to the success of Elesta S.p.A.
